Flutter Entertainment to Delist from London Stock Exchange
Flutter Entertainment has officially announced its intention to cancel its secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange. The gambling giant, which owns brands like FanDuel and Paddy Power, recently shifted its primary listing to the New York Stock Exchange. Management cited the consolidation of trading liquidity as the primary driver behind the move, which is expected to take effect in late 2024.
